Common questions
Why don't I see any places?
Rollout needs either location permission or a city/ZIP entered manually. Check that location is enabled for
Rollout in your device settings, or tap the location pill and type a city or ZIP. Also try widening the
search radius.
A place was closed or wrong.
Place data comes from OpenStreetMap and Apple Maps, and opening hours may come from a business's own website. Any of it can be out of date. Always verify hours before you go. If a listing
is clearly wrong, you can help fix it for everyone at
openstreetmap.org.
What is Rollout+?
Rollout+ is an optional monthly subscription that unlocks every category without daily limits, Roll Day,
custom and saved day plans, and calendar export. Any two categories are free every day without it.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Rollout,
where you can change or cancel. You can also tap "Manage subscription" inside the app's Rollout+ screen.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open the Rollout+ screen in the app and tap "Restore purchases" while signed into the same Apple ID.
